Like many people, I am drawn to beautiful stones. Stones with various textures and colors have always intrigued me, and I have spent many years in search of stones that possess unique qualities. Not simply searching the qualities of the stone material and composition, but also to find ones that were cut and shaped in various ways that brought out and highlighted the beauty buried within.

From curating many interesting specimen stones, my focus in developing my jewelry designs is to create a platform to feature and enhance the pendant stones, so they are center stage.

Developing the full piece of jewelry is a fun and challenging puzzle to put together. I search for just the right complementary and contrasting materials, textures, colors and shapes to create jewelry that is a striking statement piece, while still natural enough to be able to be worn daily.
